  • When is      the seller responsible for loading the goods to the buyer's carrier?

  • When is      the seller responsible for paying all costs to bring the goods to the      destination?

  • How can      you use Incoterms to negotiate sales?

Incoterms, also known as the International Commercial Terms, are pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce.

They are widely used in international transaction and procurement processes. They also help companies clearly communicate costs, risks, and duties associated with the transportation and delivery of goods.

This webinar will discuss the most current edition, Incoterms 2010 where you will learn how knowing and successfully using these terms can help you make better sales and evaluate your risk when exporting and shipping.

Leading the webinar and presiding over a question and answer session is Joe Wyson, Executive Vice President and co-founder of OCEANAIR, Inc. His international experience includes development of warehousing and logistics solutions for importers and exporters. He has been a licensed Customhouse Broker since 1985 and is a frequent presenter at international transportation educational events.
