Liverpool's International Festival for Business 2014, IFB 2014 continues into another successful week and is looking forward to welcoming businesses to a special session on opportunities for British businesses in Poland which will be held at the IFB Hub.

The session will provide unique insight into the Polish economy and opportunities for British businesses and will cover areas such as:


- Exporting
- Connectivity
- Growth

The special guest speaker is Piotr Bielski, Chief Economist at Bank Zachodni WBK (part of the Grupo Santander). Piotr has dealt for many years with macroeconomic research, econometric analysis and financial markets and will be advising delegates on the Polish economy and how they can realise their international growth potential in the country.

Piotr is also an author of articles and publications in daily press and economic magazines in Poland and a co-founder and member of the Polish Association of Banking Economists, an organisation of economists from leading financial institutions in Poland.

Joining Piotr and hosting the roundtable event will be Mark Ling, UK Director, Santander Corporate and Commercial Banking, and he will be on hand  after the event to give you the opportunity to ask specific questions that will help your business.

This key international event at the Festival takes place in the IFB Hub, 1 Mann Island, Liverpool, on Monday 21 July, from 9-11:30am.
